A working safety system will have documented Risk Management | risk assessments conducted, and evidence which are reviewed periodically  and updated. All such documents along with records in the form of soft & hard copy of training both internal and external, communications, standards, Guidelines are to be maintained properly, so that it can be retrieved quickly when required.

We help the client in preparing the format, method of record keeping and updating of the same.
